Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before departure. After that, the trip is payable in full. Full details are in our terms and conditions.
What happens if the weather is bad?
The decision to cancel for weather or safety reasons is made by the operator or captain, based on sea conditions. We will first offer a new date; if rescheduling is impossible, you will receive a full refund.
Is the Sea Ray guaranteed?
Yes. When you book the Premium Sea Ray SDX 270 experience, this is the boat you get. With the Essential tour, one of the Essential fleet boats is assigned depending on availability.
