Please do not enter sensitive data in the chat assistant: for personal requests, contact us directly.
Recipients and processors
- Bókun: online booking and payment platform.
- Google (Google Analytics, Google Ads): only if you consent.
- OpenAI: generating the chat assistant’s answers.
- Vercel: hosting of the website and chat assistant.
- WhatsApp (Meta): if you choose to contact us on WhatsApp.
Some of these providers are located outside the European Union, notably in the United States. Transfers are covered by GDPR safeguards (the EU-US Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses).
Retention periods
- Booking and billing data: for the duration of the relationship, then 10 years for accounting records.
- Contact requests without a booking: 3 years from the last exchange.
- Your cookie choice: 6 months, after which we ask again.
- Analytics and advertising cookies: see the table below (13 months maximum).
